Our report following a visit at Leylands Residential Care Home, it is a converted house, residential care home for older people located on the Penn Road. It provides residential care for 21 residents where accommodation is provided on two floors. The home provides care for people with Dementia, Learning Disability / Autism, Mental Health Condition, Physical Disability, Visual / Hearing Impairment, Permanent Care, Respite Care, Alcohol / Drug Misuse.
