Summary of Findings

The visit to Highcroft Hall Care Home was mixed. Healthwatch Wolverhampton Authorised Representatives engaged with staff and residents of the home. The home actively sought the views of the residents through different means and this has been reflected in the report, however residents did raise issues around staffing, food choices and activities available.

Recommendations were made around the above in addition to; resident meetings, maintenance and translators.
