This was an unannounced Enter and View visit. Healthwatch Wolverhampton received intelligence from our advocacy service, regarding the treatment of residents by staff and the level of care received day-to-day and during national celebrations or interests such as the World Cup. Anville Court has recently transferred the management from Bupa Care to Capital Care Group within the last 12 months.
