Protecting our people and the pubic – responding to Coronavirus

Protecting our people and the public – responding to Coronavirus.

Following guidance from Healthwatch England and Engaging Communities Solutions, we have decided to postpone all face-to-face engagement activity and volunteer involvement until the 27th March 2020, due to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This is a precautionary measure to protect our volunteers, staff and the public as well as limiting the risk of placing additional burdens on the NHS or social care services.

If you are booked on to an event over the next few weeks we will contact you. We will also provide updates for events taking place after the 27th March of any plans to further postpone these activities.

One of our key roles is to provide information to the public and we will continue to do this via our social media channels. As members of the public you will still be able to contact us by phone 0800 470 1944, email info@healthwatchwolverhampton.co.uk or the Feedback Centre.
