to chest pains which I believe were from my allergic reaction 2 days before from a new medication called "amitriptyline". When the ambulance arrived, there were 2 paramedics of which one of them was very disrespectful saying "People like you with Mental Health conditions are the reason why we cant get to people who are in more need of an ambulance than you are. Your just wasting our time." I explained to the paramedic the situation I was in medically and he interrupted me and said "I don't want to hear your excuses about why you need an ambulance." When I challenged the paramedic on his behaviour towards me in front of his colleague and my support worker. He was starting to stare at me and say "If you want to report me, then go ahead. My details are on that advice sheet." He and his colleague (of which didn't comment within the conversation) then left after only doing a quick ECG, blood pressure check and blood sugar test. The majority of the time they were here, the one paramedic was just rude and made me feel anxious and that I couldn't trust WMAS ever again. I refuse to use the ambulance service, even if 111 advise me to have one.
