sent a letter for vaccine but I have allergies so I have been told to speak to my Dr at Penn Manor surgery. They say they are too busy to give me an appointment. They never answer the phone and when you get through they are rude.
provide the bare minimum of service. You have to plead to get an appointment (if they even answer the phone).
They never read your medical notes and you have to explain your illness to them each & every time.
You are treated with contempt and not compassion.
If you wish to make a complaint you can only do so in the form of written letter. In this age of communication the practice manager refuses to call or email.
I would advise anyone seeking a GP to avoid this surgery at all costs.
