Midlands Ambulance Service, there was a delay in checking in (this seemed very slow, and there was only one person in front of me). Once I had checked in I was triaged within 15 minutes and was told that I would be called in within the next 3 hours and given a coloured card which clarified this. I was called in just over an hour of being triaged, all my observations were carried out again, I was asked questions which I didn't understand why, but the clinician explained that she was ruling things out. I was with the clinician for around half and hour. The treatment and information I received from the clinician was reassuring and useful, she was very good.
