been chasing for 2 weeks now to be told it had been sent over but it was cancelled on there end so I asked if they could sort this issue out for today due to medication being due tomorrow morning they told me they was cancelling the prescription and I would have yo wait 48 to 72 hours then another person called and was told that I had requested the prescription to be cancelled due to not wanting jt when this was jot the case kt was there fault that thus problem has been caused
as you still can’t get face to face I don’t see why not as the hospitals are and have been for a long time now ! Anyway I was called at 10.49 the phone rang once and I can prove this as my customer has it also on there cctv camera it only rang once then a voice mail saying it’s the nurse practitioner and will try land line !thought I made an appointment with a doctor ! So I called back immediately and said I’d missed the call it sounded exactly like the nurse practitioner thrat left the voice mail who then said they will message the doctor with a call back and not to worry ????? I said to them it was you that called just and they said no it wasn’t so they left a message on the list for an afternoon call what I never got even my family member was annoyed as he was also listening for the call with me !!! No I called back 16.20 only to be told he put me down as I wasn’t in and no answer I’m seriously annoyed now as it’s not easy to get these appointments im also making a complaint where possible , my ear has been bleeding since Saturday night and every painful and a very bad head ache and also gone deaf in same ear
call the next morning and phone lines engaged and after livery hundreds of calls you are then told to either call 111 to get a reserved appointment or again call the next day. Also some of the reception staff haven’t got the most polite phone manor.
