Enter and View: Whitmore Reans Health Centre

This was an unannounced Enter and View visit which was conducted at Whitmore Reans Health Centre as Healthwatch Wolverhampton had received several pieces of intelligence from patients about issues they were experiencing. These were around; access to GP appointments, waiting times for appointments and waiting times within the surgery.

Summary of Findings

The Enter and View visit at Whitmore Reans Health Centre was relatively quiet compared to a ‘normal’ Monday, due to school holidays. Authorised Representatives engaged with six patients, interviewed a member of reception staff and two practice managers. Recommendations included improvements to: external/internal signage, information posters, comments box, staff training, and communication with patients and staff.
