Enter and View: MGS Medical Centre
Our report following a visit to MGS Medical Centre in Low Hill, where GPs along with the Practice Nurse and staff, including midwives and health visitors, provide a complete range of medical services.
This was an announced Enter and View visit which was conducted at MGS Medical Centre to review the recommendations that were previously identified at the Enter & View visit that we carried out on the 7th December 2017.
Summary of Findings
The Authorised Representatives made a number of recommendations arising from the visit:
- Information to be displayed in different formats that can meet all patient’s needs.
- Display the information about the process of how to make a complaint.
- Have more receptionist staff dealing with patients in busy days.
- Ask personal information in a more private and confidential place.
- Display information about Personal Participate Group (PPG) in the practice.
- Provide hand gel throughout the practice.
