Surveys: Building Young People’s, Parents’ And Carers’ Participation Across The Mental Health System

YoungMinds have launched Amplified, a four-year national programme funded by NHS England’s Children and Young People’s Mental Health Programme. Together with NHS England and NEL Commissioning Support Unit, they will be working with services across the mental health system to build the participation of children and young people, parents and carers in mental health and the services they use.

They have created three unique surveys to hear about the ways that young people currently have a say around their mental health, and what young people, parents and professionals think about how they should be involved. They will be using the information from these surveys to help plan how to develop the participation of young people, parents and carers in all areas of young people’s mental health.

You can help in three ways:

They want to hear the views of as many different young people, parents, carers and professionals as possible, so please circulate this request amongst the young people and families you work with, and your colleagues. Your help is vital in making sure we reach as many people as possible, so that we can deliver a programme that is relevant and accessible to all.

Please email with any questions.
